This Cause Connector project promotes artisans through an online marketplace organized by SPICE.  

The Southern Perry Incubation Center for Entrepreneurs (SPICE) is creating an online marketplace for artisans. SPICE aims to support artisans by providing a way for people to shop for art and complete transactions, while SPICE handles handling and sales tax costs. The marketplace will feature interactive displays and link to artists’ works.

A barrier for local makers and artists is often the costs associated with making their products available online and the website, marketing, and transaction costs associated with such an endeavor. This project will help SPICE provide this service to local artists.
