The BSCO Explorer program serves youth in Belmont County by providing community service activities, continued education in specialized topics, as well as life skills like budgeting and money management. This is provided in partnership with local law enforcement. The goal is to promote and reinforce civic responsibility.

Funding would help support the expansion of the program to serve additional explorers.
