Hillcrest Park Basketball Court Renovation

Project led by City of Jackson

About the project.

The Hillcrest Park Basketball Courts need many repairs and upgrades.  Centrally located in the heart of small town, Jackson, OH, these courts are the primary public courts for the youth in our community.  With the prevalence of adult obesity at 42.8% in Jackson County, an investment in this outdoor recreational facility will impact our community for generations to come.  The desired upgrades include court resurfacing, backboard and hoop replacement, and fence repairs.

FAO staff comments.

Access to clean, safe outdoor spaces for recreation is essential to healthy communities. This funding seeks to support park upgrades for community use for years to come.
