The first round of Cause Connector projects closed on April 9, 2021. Together, organization across Appalachian Ohio received over $250,000 towards their projects of today, funding 88 projects impacting all 32 Appalachian Ohio counties. Half of each gift went to support a project of the donor’s choosing to begin making an impact right away. The other half of each gift was invested in the I’m a Child of Appalachia Fund to pursue the greatest needs and most promising opportunities in our communities for generations to come.
In 2022, all dollars raised through Cause Connector will go to the projects of today, helping organizations launch new programs, expand existing initiatives, or bring long-held dreams to fruition.
